given

(z+1)^5+(z-1)^5=0

arrange

{(z+1)/(1-z)}⁵ =1

take (z+1)/(1-z)=W

so {W}⁵ =1

or w=1^1/5

now from the property of nth rute of unity

w=(e^i2∏/5)^r

   where r=0,1,2,3,4

(z+1)/(1-z) =(e^i2∏/5)^r

 put different value of r and find corresponding value of z .
