Dear rahul

given

(z+1)^5+(z-1)^5=0

arrange

{(z+1)/(1-z)}5 =1

take (z+1)/(1-z)=W

so {W}5 =1

or w=11/5

now from the property of nth rute of unity

w=(ei2∏/5)r

   where r=0,1,2,3,4

(z+1)/(1-z) =(ei2∏/5)r

 put different value of r and find corresponding value of z .
